Who We Are

Staff

Michelle Hippler, Founder

Picture
Michelle used to teach writing to reluctant college students and gifted homeschoolers. She now consults and coaches small businesses and non-profits on how to tell their stories in a meaningful way. She specializes in creative marketing strategies, cross-promotions, email marketing, social media integration, event planning, and content management. She just celebrated her first year in Belltown and has never felt more at home.

Picture

Roberta Miner, Editor

Picture
Roberta Miner has happily called Belltown home since 2009.  She can't decide who she likes more, Charles Dickens or Richard Brautigan.  When she's not reading, writing and listening to loud music she can be found at neighborhood happy hours. With degrees in English and Journalism from Gonzaga and an affinity for scotch and bass players, she is well suited to create and curate the stories of Belltown.

Picture

Chris White, Contributor

Picture
Chris White is a writer new to Seattle.  He was lured away from the Midwest by promises of beautiful scenery, well-made beer and a music scene that included more than two venues. With a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin (Madtown) and stints with AmeriCorps and Seattle Architecture Foundation, he has the chops to root out the salient stories of Belltown.
